Gel Nail Technician Course

 

Suitable for complete beginners or those who aready have manicure training, this course is seperated into modules for those who wish to attend each course individually or complete them all as a package for the full range of nail technician services.

 

Module 1 - 1 day manicure course covering anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client consultation, luxury treatment manicure which includes cuticle work, filing and shaping, hand massage, heat treatment and polish application.

 

4 hours training £130

 

Module 2 - 1 day gel overlay course covering the application of hard and soft builder gel (builder in a bottle - BIAB, and in a pot) in clear, colour and french gel finishes, how to build structure and strength into the nail and correct nail shapes using gel, plus how to infill and remove.

 

6 hours training £190

Module 3 - 1 day tip application or sculpture course covering how to add length to the natural nail using tips or sculpting forms, how to apply forms, blend and shape tips, and build strength and structure into the extension with gel.

 

4 hours training £130

 

Assessment - case studies must be completed in your own time and submitted for feedbaack.

Complete nail technician course for beginners 

 

Individual course prices shown above. Course does not include kit, this can be purchased separately if required, or if you already have your own products and kit please bring them along to the course, the training is not specific to any particular brand.

 

Course pre-requisites - none if booking the complete nail technician course for beginners, if attending gel overlay course (module 2) then you must already have a manicure certificate, if attending the tip application or sculpture course (module 3) then you must already have a manicure and gel overlay certificate.

 

This course requires students to practice the skills they have learned during practical sessions be completing case studies in their own time between training dates. This course is accredited and on completion students will receive a certificate for each module completed.
